Scope of Work:

  1. Ensure all food preparation is carried out according to the Standard Recipes and Operating Procedures.
  2. Ensure consistent food standard is maintained at all times; conduct checks for quality, consistency, and presentation of food
  3. Ensure standards of food hygiene, health and safety are monitored and adhered to all statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines by SFA.
  4. Ensures the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock levels of all food products
  5. Constantly rectify and improve issues /procedures to improve food standard.
  6. Effective management of food cost and wastage management.
  7. Manage kitchen productivity and ensure labour cost is managed effectively.
  8. Responsible for conducting on-the-job training for all cooks and trainee cooks
  9. Handle food issues/complaints and manage customer satisfaction promptly and appropriately.
  10. Rectify and improve on food standards to manage and ensure customer satisfaction.
