Chef (Commis Cook/Demi Chef/Chef de Partie) (Full Time)

About the Role

We are looking for interested candidates to join us in creating smiles through our delicious array of food choices.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Preparation and execution of Baker's Brew Cafe Menu
  • Order and inventory management of food supplies, ensure sufficient stocks and no out-of-stock situation
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely and always kept in good working condition.
  • Ensure storage of ingredients and food items and preparation/storage of food is according to food safety standards
  • Assist in Kitchen operations including menu planning and costing, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality.
  • Maintain a hygienic kitchen and personal hygiene
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

About you:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Passion in food preparation and presentation
  • Willing to learn & accept feedback
  • Able to work in a team, and interact well with colleagues
  • Hardworking, proactive, efficient, and organised
