We are taking our tartlet classes to the next level by introducing this twin of Apple Hazelnut and Pear Almond Tartlets! The Apple Tartlets are filled with a nutty hazelnut mascarpone topped with caramel apple slices while the Pear Tartlets are baked with a creamy almond filling topped with an entire honey vanilla poached pear. Together with a crusty tart, the fruity and nutty flavours are bound to delight you and your loved ones!

About the Class

In this class, you will learn:

  • How to make the dough, roll and line the tart rings to make the Tart Shells.
  • How to prepare and bake a Almond Cream filling.
  • How to prepare and poach Honey Vanilla Pears.
  • How to prepare and cook Caramel Apples (Demo only).
  • How to make a Hazelnut Mascarpone filling.

  • Type: Full Hands-on.
  • Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
  • Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
  • Students will EACH get TWO Apple Hazelnut Tartlets and TWO Pear Almond Tartlets.
