These cookie trees are the perfect festive gift or addition to your tea-time or breakfast spreads for a quick grab-and-go snack to share around!
About the Class
In this class, you will learn:
- How to flavour a base cookie dough three ways.
- How to incorporate different nuts into cookie dough.
- How to achieve perfectly even and thin cookie layers.
- How to fill and build stacks of cookie sandwiches.

- Duration: 3 Hours.
- Type: Full Hands-on.
- Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
- Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
- Each student will go home with about 20 cookie sandwiches.
*Students will work in PAIRS to prepare and roll the dough, but cut, bake and assemble their cookie sandwiches INDIVIDUALLY.
