The upper layer is a creamy smooth no bake layer and the bottom is a flavoured blueberry baked cheesecake. Come challenge yourself and impress your family and friends with this delicious cake. It seems complicated but nothing beats more than achieving a successful baked product, even at home!

  • Learn how to bake a genoise sponge
  • How to prepare a baked cheesecake
  • How to prepare chilled and creamy mascarpone mousse
  • How to decorate the cake
  • How to unmould the cheesecake

  • Type: Full Hands-on.
  • Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
  • Equipment, ingredients, and packaging will all be provided.
  • Students will each get to bring back one 6” baked cheesecake

*Students will work IN PAIRS to bake the cake layers, but will assemble their own 6” Cheesecake INDIVIDUALLY.
