Storage and Shelf Life
Best consumed immediately on date of purchase for optimal taste and flavour. Keep chilled for up to 2 days. Stable in air-conditioned environment for ~1 hour.

COLLECTION INFO

Self-collection will be between 12pm-8pm at any of our outlets.

Delivery will be by third party and charges will be $15 onwards.

Delivery timing will be between 10am-6pm.

First time ordering the Earl Grey Lavender cake from Baker's Brew. The cake wrapped with light fresh cream which is not too sweet & we like the savoury of liquid cheese. Overall flavour was so well balanced. Impressive. Looking forward to try other cake flavour.

I like earl grey tea and this cake didn’t disappoint. Well balanced flavour of the tea with bits of tea leaves for texture.

Was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the cake. My first impression was it could be too sweet, but it wasn’t. The overall flavour was well balanced, the sponge was moist and had the right amounts of earl grey flavour. The buttercream wasn’t sweetened but lightly perfumed with lavender. The guests enjoyed this cake without feeling too “jelak”.
