Nutella Lava Cookies & Mini Nutella Tarts

For all Nutella lovers out there, this class will be perfect for you. Our Nutella Lava Cookies has a brownie-like texture, encasing a combination of molten Nutella and Dark Chocolate. This is best paired with a glass of milk. The Mini Nutella Tarts are made using a Pâte sablée, which is a basic shortcrust pastry dough and topped off with a pure dollop of Nutella filling. We promise that these are extremely addictive.

About the Class

In this class, you will learn:

  • How to make the dough, roll and punch out circles for the tart base
  • Piping of Nutella on the tart base
  • How to prepare the Nutella and Dark Chocolate filling
  • How to prepare a chocolate cookie dough
  • How encase the Nutella filling and cookie dough

Details:

  • Duration: 3.5 Hours.
  • Type: Full Hands-on.
  • Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
  • Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
  • Students will EACH get 12pcs Nutella Lava Cookies and 16pcs Mini Nutella Tarts.

*Students will work in PAIRS to prepare the dough and fillings but will get to pipe, assemble and bake their own cookies and mini tarts INDIVIDUALLY.

  1. Duration of class might be extended instead of the stipulated timings.
  2. Cleaning/Washing will be part of the baking experience.
  3. Fees for scheduled classes must be paid fully in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  4. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
  5. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
  6. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email. You can choose to either get a refund of the class fee or attend another class of the same value.
