Are you a home baker with a sweet tooth and a passion for perfect pastries? Immerse yourself in the art of French pastry baking during this full-day course that focuses on three iconic delights: croissants, pain au chocolat, and peach Danish. Under the guidance of our instructors, students will delve into the secrets of crafting these traditional delicacies, learning the meticulous techniques behind laminated dough.

Elevate your baking skills as you embark on a hands-on journey, perfecting the delicate balance of flakiness and flavour that defines authentic French pastries.

About the Class

In this class, you will learn:

• How to bake traditional croissant, pain au chocolat and danish from scratch
• How to prepare a butter block for croissant making
• Folding and shaping techniques
• Different types of ingredients and their uses and roles
• Basic pastry cream recipe

Students get to bring home:

• 3 Croissants
• 3 Pain Au Chocolat
• 3 Peach Danishes

Course Details:

• Time: 9.30am – 6.30pm. (2-hour lunch break included)
• Duration: 9 hours
• Type: Full Hands-on
• Recommended age: 21 Years Old and above
• Equipment, ingredients, and packaging will all be provided.

1. Duration of class might be extended instead of the stipulated timings.
2. Cleaning/Washing will be part of the baking experience.
3. Fees for scheduled classes must be paid fully in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
4. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
5. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
6. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email. You can choose to either get a refund of the class fee or attend another class of the same value.
