Join us in creating a kawaii Hello Kitty Swiss roll! A japanese influenced version of a classic swiss roll, this class features a soft and moist milk sponge, paired with a light yet delectable strawberry milk chantilly cream and fresh juicy strawberries.

About the Course

In this course, you will learn:

  • How to make a soft and moist milk swiss roll
  • How to pipe cute and intricate hello kitty details with template
  • How to prepare strawberry milk chantilly cream
  • How to assemble and roll sponge with fresh fruit in between


  • Duration: 3 Hours
  • Type: Full Hands-on
  • Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above
  • Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided
  • Participants will get to bring home ONE 11” swiss roll each (4 large slices)

*Students will work in pairs to bake the components but will frost and decorate their own Hello Kitty swiss roll individually
