Layers of delicate roasted pistachio sponge, filled with homemade roasted pistachio cream. Finished with a rose chantilly cream, dusted with crushed pistachios and rose petals, and topped off with piped pink rosettes.

A classic flavour combination that will have you coming back for more.

Each cake order comes with 1pc 5.5" gold candle and 1pc "Happy Birthday Topper".

Storage and Shelf Life
Best consumed immediately on date of purchase for optimal taste and flavour. Keep chilled for up to 2 days. Stable in air-conditioned environment for ~1 hour.

COLLECTION INFO

Self-collection will be between 12pm-8pm at any of our outlets.

Delivery will be by third party and charges will be $15 onwards.

Delivery timing will be between 10am-6pm.

Any changes to the existing classic bake designs in terms of colour and make, will not be recommended. Any request for changes, would be classified under customisation and it will be subjected to additional charges. You may email us at enquiries@bakersbrew.com with your request. The cake is moist and fragrant. Rose was aromatic and blends very well with pistachios.

The cake was delicious and had great reviews from everyone. The sponge part was soft and moist, with a nutty pistachio taste. Cream was not too sweet as well. Young and old both enjoyed it and asked for seconds.

Third time buying a cake from Baker's Brew, and it doesn't disappoint. Bought the Roasted Pistachio and Rose cake, for a birthday celebration, and everyone loved it. Very pretty on the outside, with a hint of rose scent. Inside the pistachio gave the cake extra texture, and best of all, the sweetness was well balanced.

Beautiful Cake and Nicely done up. Taste is not as sweet as typical cake which make it nicer to consume.
