Enveloped within is a smooth green tea oolong-infused mascarpone cream mousse, wrapped around a thick jelly core made from ripe Dauphiné white peaches. Savour the oolong’s earthy, floral complexities and the natural sweetness of the peaches, perfectly balanced by the gentle bite of an almond dacquoise and crunchy almonds.

Storage and Shelf Life

Best consumed on date of delivery for optimal taste and flavour. Store in the fridge for up to 1 day. Allow cake to thaw at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Beautiful look cake. Taste not so strong. Can taste very faintly the oolong and peach.

The White Peach Oolong Origami Cake looks very delicate and refined with its soft pink design, really pretty. Taste is light and not too sweet, with a gentle peach flavour and subtle oolong fragrance. Definitely recommended if you prefer something elegant and not overly sweet.

It is smaller than expected because it is flatter, unlike the tall cakes we usually get from Baker's Brew. However, the flavours pairing, amount of sweetness, creaminess, slight tang from the peach layer, it all came together so well. We usually don't eat much cake but my family all wanted a second serving. So while I wanted to say the size is just nice for a family of 4, it may be good for a greedy couple too. Delivery was also really on time, with updates on the day via email, really appreciate it! Will order again!

Surprised that the elderly crowd love the cake. It’s not sweet and the white peach oolong taste is subtle yet enough to taste it. Will try out other flavours soon.

Very pretty cake! Flavors are very subtle so you will like it if you like oolong tea! The layer of jelly and the almond bits in the cake layer add texture to the cake :)
