I attended the Pandan Wool Bread class at the Baker's Brew Sembawang branch. It was a fun and enjoyable class with Claire! She is a very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable teacher. It was my first class with Baker's Brew and I would recommend their classes to anyone, even if you have no experience with making bread. Claire was patient with us the whole class, going round to help everyone and happily answering our questions! She was also giving out useful tips for making bread at home, so we can take these skills out of the classroom too.

I joined the pastry-making beginner's course and it was just perfect. The hands-on experience brings the confidence that one needs when handling pastry dough. I would recommend this class to all enthusiastic bakers... You'll learn those hidden tricks to make your dishes look professionally made! I came to learn to bake a Salted Caramel Cake and had a really great time here! Erin gave really great demonstrations throughout, and she and her colleague were around to assist us every step of the way. I learnt first-hand that baking a cake could be really tough, but with their assistance I was able to make an amazing-looking cake that I am proud of!
