Japanese Hokkaido Cupcakes

Join us for a fun-filled baking class to learn to make your own Japanese Hokaiddo Cupcakes from scratch. From baking soft and moist vanilla sponges to decorating with pastry cream & whipping cream, you get to bring home your fluffy and moist cupcakes at the end of the day. 

About the Course

By attending this course, you will learn:

  • How to prepare and make the pastry cream fillings & whipping cream
  • How to bake soft and moist vanilla sponge cupcakes
  • To decorate your own Hokkaido cupcakes with pastry cream fillings & topped with whipping cream and fresh strawberries


  • Duration: 2.5 Hours
  • Type: Full Hands-on
  • Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above
  • Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided

*Students will work in PAIRS to bake the cupcakes but will pipe and frost 6 of  their own Hokkaido Cupcakes INDIVIDUALLY
