What could be more festive than these little bite-sized desserts? These Matcha Christmas Tree cupcake desserts will be the crowd pleaser for your Christmas party. Come join us and add a creative and delicious twist to your holiday table this festive season!

About the Course

In this course, you will learn:

  • How to bake moist chocolate cupcakes from scratch
  • How to prepare a thin almond sablee (Demo only)
  • How to assemble the cupcake with a strawberry centre
  • How to frost with piping bag and piping tip using a matcha mascarpone frosting
  • How to decorate your Christmas tree cupcake

  • Duration: 3 Hours
  • Type: Full Hands-on
  • Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above
  • Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided

*Students will work in PAIRS to prepare the various components but will assemble and decorate their own Christmas Trees INDIVIDUALLY.
*Each student goes home with 6 Christmas Trees each.

  1. Duration of class might be extended instead of the stipulated timings.
  2. Cleaning/Washing will be part of the baking experience.
  3. Fees for scheduled classes must be paid fully in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  4. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
  5. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
  6. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email. You can choose to either get a refund of the class fee or attend another class of the same value.

Vivienne’s passion for pastries has given her the drive to pursue diploma studies in Pastry and Baking at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. Through her studies, Vivienne has been inspired to appreciate the science behind pastries and devotes much time to research.

Her previous working stint with BreadTalk and renowned Shangri-la Hotel Singapore has given her many opportunities to improve her skills in terms of baking and decorating various types of cakes and pastries. Believing that desserts are food to the eyes, Vivienne pays special attention to the value of cakes and bread brought forth aesthetically and flavor wise.

As an instructor, she hopes to bring her passion forth through the product she creates and share the joy of learning with students through her skills and knowledge. She also believes that learning goes both ways and looks forward to interacting with like-minded people during class.
