Peach Cobbler Cake

How about a refreshing sweet and tangy peach cake for a change? Come join us to make your very own fruity, peachy, light and fluffy butter-based cake. Our delicious homemade peach compote and crunchy crumble complements this cake perfectly!

About the Course

By attending this course, you will learn the following:

  • How to prepare peach compote using canned peaches
  • How to prepare a peach flavoured buttercake
  • How to prepare a lemon swiss meringue buttercream
  • How to prepare crumble (demo only)
  • Learn how to frost and achieve a Watercolour effect on your cake

  • Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above
  • Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided

*Students will work in PAIRS to bake the cake layers but will frost and decorate their own 6" Peach Cobbler Cake INDIVIDUALLY

  1. Duration of class might be extended instead of the stipulated timings.
  2. Cleaning/Washing will be part of the baking experience.
  3. Fees for scheduled classes must be paid fully in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  4. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
  5. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
  6. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email. You can choose to either get a refund of the class fee or attend another class of the same value.

Andi Kucinta

Andi has always strived to walk the road less travelled. Ever since his secondary school years, he wanted to be different from the rest of his classmates. He took up Food and Nutrition, and despite being the only guy in class, he had proven to his form teacher that he could excel. He was among the top 3 in Food & Nutrition for his ‘N’ and ‘O’ levels.

Andi landed his first pastry kitchen job with Westin Stamford Hotel, at an early age of 17 and continued to work closely with pastry chef guru, Chef Kenny Kong.

After graduating from SHATEC, he worked with renown pastry chefs in Singapore, and gained invaluable experience working in hotels, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, participated in pastry competitions, and travelled abroard to work in Phuket for over a year. As an instructor, Andi now dedicates his time to impart his talent, skills and experience.
