• How to prepare a moist and dense black sesame sponge from scratch
• How to prepare crunchy peanut butter filing.
• How to coat a fresh cream cake with unique decorations

• Duration: 3 Hours.
• Type: Full Hands-on.
• Recommended age: 16 years old and above. (Any age below 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, do whatsapp/email us for this.)
• Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided.
• Each student will go home with 1x Peanut Butter Sesame cake

*Students will work in PAIRS to bake the cake layers, assemble the peanut filing and decorate their own 6" Peanut Butter Sesame cake.
