Storage and Shelf Life
Best consumed immediately on date of purchase for optimal taste and flavour. Keep chilled for up to 2 days. Stable in air-conditioned environment for ~1 hour.

COLLECTION INFO

Self-collection will be between 12pm-8pm at any of our outlets.

Delivery will be by a third party and charges will be $15 onwards.

Delivery timing will be between 10am-6pm.

ADVISORY

Any changes to the existing classic bake designs in terms of colour and make, will not be recommended. Any request for changes, would be classified under customisation and it will be subjected to additional charges. You may email us at enquiries@bakersbrew.com with your request. The cake it’s not very sweet, just nice for all ages to enjoy ☺️ Love the mixed berries in between the sponge cake too!

The cake is not too sweet and it is to my family's liking except for my mother who has a sweet tooth and find the berries too sour. Cake cutting process is messy as the knife is "crooked" and ruined the appearance but overall we enjoyed the cake very much.

Cake was freshly baked - sponge was soft and the berries compote was tangy. cream was not too sweet and everyone enjoyed the cake!

It’s first time we’re getting birthday cake from Baker’s Brew and found overall a right choice. The cake texture amid a bit dry, however, the berries and cream compliment the overall flavor.

A beautiful cake. Easy online ordering platform. Collection at the stall was also swift. The cake is slightly tangy from the yuzu berries layered in between the sponge cake. The cream is smooth and not heavy. You will not feel very creamy and sick even after eating more slices. Overall like it and will repurchase for the next birthday celebration.
