Novelty Mandarin Pineapple Tarts

Usher in the new year and impress your family and friends with our Novelty Mandarin Orange Pineapple Tarts. We will be teaching your child how to shape and roll Pineapple Tarts and have a feel of the festivities and traditions of making their very own creations in the spirit of Chinese New Year.

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare a soft pineapple tart pastry dough
• How to portion and colour the dough
• Techniques on wrapping and rolling the dough with the pineapple jam (Pineapple jam will be pre-prepared)
• Decorating the Novelty Mandarin Orange Pineapple Tart

Age Requirement:

• Suitable for children aged 4 to 12 years old
• For children below the age of 7, it is highly recommended that a parent/guardian be on stand-by outside the studio or at our cafe at all times during the class
