Melt-In-The-Mouth Butter Cookies

These fragrant butter cookies are a staple in any Chinese New Year gatherings. We use premium Golden Churn Butter to bring in that added fragrance to the cookie. In addition, your child will be learning how to pipe and decorate the cookie and show them off to all the relatives during this Chinese New Year!

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare a soft and fragrant butter cookie pastry dough
• How to fill a piping bag and technique to pipe rosettes
• Baking timings and temperatures to achieve the perfect cookies
• Decorating the butter cookies with silver dragees
  
  

Age Requirement:

• Suitable for children aged 4 to 12 years old
• For children below the age of 7, it is highly recommended that a parent/guardian be on stand-by outside the studio or at our cafe at all times during the class
