Explore rainbow-themed pastries and bake up a storm as we dive into a spectrum of treats, ranging from a whole cake to customized cookies - you can literally taste the rainbow! Learn mixing, baking and decorating techniques that will definitely bring colour into their lives. Join us on this kaleidoscopic journey this March!

In this 3-Day Baking Camp, your child will learn:

Recipe 1: Rainbow Blondie 

Taste the rainbow with this spectacularly fun bake! In this class, your junior bakers will learn the art of constructing an upright blondie decked out in a multitude of colours. Join us for this prismatic class and leave on cloud nine! Happiness will be found before you reach the end of this rainbow.

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare, mix, and bake Blondies
• How to decorate the blondie in a rainbow style
• How to pipe buttercream clouds

Recipe 2. Froggy Pond Cake 

This March Holidays, don’t frog-et to have some fun in baking class! Join us in this ribbit-ing class as your young ones learn the art of constructing a frosted cake from scratch. Not only will they submerge in a whole new learning experience, but they will also toad-tally have heaps of fun too! Make your own Froggy Pond cake with us at Baker’s Brew Junior today!

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare, mix, and bake vanilla sponge cake.
• How to frost and fill a cake with buttercream.
• How to decorate a cake with Kit-Kats.
• Simple fondant moulding techniques.

Recipe 3. Demon Slayer Inspired Cookies 

Demon Slayer is a popular Japanese animation that sings the song of heroes and family. For your trendy little ones, we have taken inspiration from it and created a specialised cookie decorating class! Fret not, this class is open to a multitude of designs and creative ideas as well. Armed with yummy chocolate cookies and silky icing, your kids will have an enriching experience getting crafty with their edible bakes!

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare, mix, roll, and bake chocolate cookies.
• How to decorate cookies using Royal icing.
• Design cookies with given colours.

• Parent's are not required to join the class
