June School Holidays Junior Bakers' Camp (Ages 8 - 12 Years Old)

BBS Junior Bakers' Camp is a baking program specially curated for kids from 8 to 12 years old to have a fun and hands-on experience in baking Cartoon Themed goodies during the June school holidays. In this 3 days program, the children will be learning the use of each ingredient and equipment, learning the basics of baking, and going hands on with piping and frosting techniques. Each child will be bringing home 3 different adorable treats that you will not bear to eat it!

In this 3-Day Baking Camp, your child will learn:

Recipe 1: Pikachu Cake Donuts

Are you ready to create one of the most famous Pokemon characters in the form of a dessert? Don't “chu” worry as we have designed the most adorable Pikachu donuts recipe that is going to be a complete fun to bake and of course, to indulge in! Junior bakers will be getting down to bake these cute Pikachu Cake Donuts, decorate them with chocolate glaze and icing to characterize the world famous fictional character!

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare vanilla-based cake donuts
• How to glaze the donut using a chocolate glaze
• Decorating donuts with icing and almonds
• Learn how to create a polar bear character

Recipe 2. Sesame Street Cupcakes 

The party starts now with Sesame Street Cupcakes! Elmo and Cookie Monster are waiting to have their picture taken with their cupcakes! The little chefs will get to bake two Monster-ific cupcakes decorated with our delicious and sweet buttercream icing, sprinkles, and the other toppings. The little kiddos will definitely be bringing home the show!

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare vanilla-based cupcakes
• Piping of buttercream for decoration
• Decorating cupcakes with toppings till desired design

Recipe 3. Disney Madeleines

Delicious, soft Madeleine’s. Made with an easy to chew consistency, these sweet and buttery, banana almond flavoured treats, are coated in a white chocolate glaze and icing with colourful character decorations. Just the right size for an afternoon snack, or a bite sized dessert. For the first time, we feature your favourite character Sulley, Mike, Piglet and Pooh, these vibrant colours will please any child or adult.

In this class, your child will learn:

• How to prepare a Madeleine base recipe
• Pipe the batter into Madeleine mould
• Dipping of the white chocolate glaze
• Decoration made with icings.

Age Requirement:

• Recommended for children aged 8 to 12 years old
• Parent's are not required to join the class
