  • 2 Parchment paper (at least 40x40cm)
  • 9” non stick tart dish (Shopee
  • Fork
  • Mixer with Paddle attachment
  • Rolling pin with 0.5cm rolling guides (Wilton Rolling Pin Guides, Spotlight)
  • Small pot
  • Bowl x 2
  • Hand whisk
  • Blowtorch (optional)
  • Metal wire rack
