- 60x40cm / 12x16” tray (maximum size) (Redman #16092)

Chocolate Ganache Glaze
- Wire Rack
- Cling Wrap
- Small Knife

Decoration (optional)
- Parchment Paper Cornette
- Thin Paint Brush
