In this class, we will venture into savoury scones - in particular, Hae Bee Hiam (Shrimp Paste Chilli) Scones. Additionally, you will also learn how to make Singapore’s all time favourite Ondeh Ondeh in a cookie form!

  • 7 - 8cm tart rings (optional)

  • Gloves (optional but preferred)
  • Small pot
  • Small sieve
