Present your loved ones with a romantic floral cupcake bouquet this Valentine’s day with Baker's Brew! You may choose either baby blue or pastel pink for your personalized creation. The lychee flavored cupcakes is adorned by a rose scented swiss meringue buttercream. Furthermore, you will also learn how to pipe on your cupcakes in three different styles: rosettes, hydrangeas and blossoms. This romantic creation has a heart in every bite!

In this course, you will learn:

  • How to prepare a soft and fluffy lychee flavoured cupcake
  • How to prepare a rose swiss meringue buttercream (Demo only)
  • How to pipe on your cupcakes in 3 styles: Rosettes, hydrangeas, blossoms
