Calling out to all durian lovers out there! Please find your way to Baker’s Brew Studio to attend our maiden durian cake class. This is a very soft sponge cake, kept moist with evaporated milk and of course, the star of the cake, durian! Come join us to spread our love for durian!
About the Course
By attending this course, you will learn:
- How to prepare a soft sponge using the egg separation method
- How to prepare a durian filling (Frozen durian flesh used)
- How to trim and level a sponge cake
- How to prepare a whipped cream frosting
- How to frost a 4-layered cake with straight sides and rustic stroke design
All materials will be provided.

Complete the class by bringing home a 6" Durian 4-Layered Cake and share it with your family :)
Do note that preparation and mixing of ingredients will be done in pairs while assembling of cake will be individual work.
