Make your first batch of successful macarons and learn tips on making these delish macarons!

Learn to make your own french macarons in 3 different flavours (raspberry, mint and cookie butter) and share the goodies with your friends and family!

 

Class Content:

  • Introduction of ingredients
  • A step by step demonstration on how to prepare french macaron batter
  • Participants will proceed with baking their own french macarons
  • A step by step demonstration on how to prepare buttercream for macaron fillings
  • Participants will assemble their macaron shell and fill with buttercream

Complete the class by bringing home a box of assorted macarons and sharing it with your family :)

All materials will be provided.

 

Class Duration: 3 hours

Class Type: Hands on, Recommended for Beginners

  1. Duration of class might be extended instead of the stipulated timings.
  2. Cleaning/Washing will be part of the baking experience.
  3. Fees for scheduled classes must be paid fully in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  4. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
  5. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
  6. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email. You can choose to either get a refund of the class fee or attend another class of the same value.

Justin's love for baking started out in his very own kitchen, as a hobby. Having been a home baker for 5 years, Justin's love for baking grew and he took a huge leap of faith making baking into a career. 

As an instructor in our studio, he strives to not only create a fulfilling and educational experience for our students; he also seeks to bring across the idea that baking breaks conversational barriers and brings people together.
