Spend some quality time with your kids, as they embark on a journey to ignite their passion in baking! This Doughnut Shaker Cookie is not only delicious, it is fun to play with too! In this class, participants will learn how to prepare and shape cookie dough into doughnut shapes, handle and pipe meringue frosting, and decorate their cookies any style they want! Let your imagination run wild with Bakers Brew today!


About the Course

By attending this course, you will learn the following:

  • How to make a butter cookie dough
  • How to prepare and pipe meringue frosting (Partial Hands-On)
  • How to decorate your Doughnut Shaker Cookies

  • Duration: 3 Hours
  • Type: Full Hands-on
  • *This class is open to all children age 6 and above. Parents are kindly advised to accompany children who are 8 years and below.
  • Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided
  • Participants will get to bring home 3 Doughnut Shakers Cookies and 6 Mini Doughnut Cookies

*Students will work IN PAIRS to bake the cookies but will frost and decorate their own Doughnut Shaker Cookies INDIVIDUALLY.

  1. Duration of class might be extended instead of the stipulated timings.
  2. Cleaning/Washing will be part of the baking experience.
  3. Fees for scheduled classes must be paid fully in advance to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  4. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
  5. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
  6. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you via email. You can choose to either get a refund of the class fee or attend another class of the same value.

Vivienne’s passion for pastries has given her the drive to pursue diploma studies in Pastry and Baking at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. Through her studies, Vivienne has been inspired to appreciate the science behind pastries and devotes much time to research.

Her previous working stint with BreadTalk and renowned Shangri-la Hotel Singapore has given her many opportunities to improve her skills in terms of baking and decorating various types of cakes and pastries. Believing that desserts are food to the eyes, Vivienne pays special attention to the value of cakes and bread brought forth aesthetically and flavor wise.

As an instructor, she hopes to bring her passion forth through the product she creates and share the joy of learning with students through her skills and knowledge. She also believes that learning goes both ways and looks forward to interacting with like-minded people during class.
